I was getting that same error on https://poxnora.desertowlgames.com/index.do a few minutes ago. It seems like the server is just really overloaded right now.

 

I am getting the same: https://poxnora.desertowlgames.com/domigrate.do

I fill out form to migrate and the get this message:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

 

Encounter the issue too but Gotten in after a few refresh

 

I am in...with that message as well. But....I am in

 

I migrated my account fine, deleted the old Poxnora application and downloaded the new one, but when I try to open it I keep getting a "Poxnora unexpectedly quit" message, with an option to send a report to apple...

Anyone else? Any advice?

Same here. I run MacBook Pro, OS 10.5.8 -- exactly the same thing happens to me. I was able to download the dmg file, copy the App to my folder... but it will not load/run at all. Same errors.

I am betting you're running OS 10.5.8 or similar.

 

Right, they seem to be having issues up to 10.6 even, which is weird. I haven't heard of anyone with issues with 10.7/8.

Hrm, there have been some issues with that OS. We will have to wait to see if Gedden can provide any answers, but there might be an issue with the JavaAppLauncher there.

Also, looks like the Game Server is back up.
