Do the greens know how many of any given rune is in circulation? I've been trying to get a Princess Ctharia for a while now & I have yet to auctually see on in the game or on the rune trader. I'm wondering if any are out there.
Yeah they're out there, people just won't trade it unless you offer your entire collection. This goes for most other rare Legendary/LE runes too. You won't find them in the Rune Trader. My guildie dropped Ctharia from a pack just yesterday.
Poxbox has about a half dozen in their cash store, apparently, but I've never actually seen one myself.
Well, I would rather give my money to Desert Owl than to PB. $100 in boxes and no Ctharia. I'll go for another $100 when I get back from this festival i'm going too. Hopefully after that i'll have enough to trade & get one. Why does this thread (and so many others) not have a grenn jumping out of there seats and screaming "Hey guys, I think I see a gaping hole in our business plan? One that will probably signal the death knell of this game if they don't? And one that could probably be resolved in a way that actually made DOG more money and made customers happier? Can someone take the crash helmets off at the office so, when you guys get hit by the obvious or run into logic walls, it hurts? Because this isn't really that hard an issue to grasp.
I am quite certain The owls understand the acessability issue. I would wager that the reason they haven't addressed it is because they haven't decided on an approach to take. Essentially, lets get through the revamp. They will then have a base to build off. Be patient. The business plan will come when they have a sellable product.
I remember wayyyy back in the day when I first started playing there was an actual cash rune store where you could buy individual runes you wanted.
They can only revamp so much at a time. The damage has been done (as most of us predicted when Legendary, 150K, and more expensive runes came out). They'll need to figure out how to fix it.
