Draksar High Marshall LE?

Why was the High Marshall changed in the last patch from Legendary to LE? Surely this was a mistake? Please could this be included in the next hotfix

It's cause I loved him so much he got upgraded

 

Legendary is for Captains and below, LE is for Marshals and badasses, and SL has both
