    Nite2kill I need me some PIE!

    Dread is not working
    Lich has 2 dread and still no damage modification

    What you are seeing in the description is it's base damage. As you can see, Mod represent modificators, and it's currently 0.

    I believe Demon Lich had +4 damage (2 from full faction bonus) and it "countered" your Dread modifier, showing up 0 as a modifier.

    I will test Dread right now.

    EDIT: It's working for me so I'll stick on what I've said :)
