it no longer grants lumbering to the units with it, this of course results in some ridiculously powerful units, needs a hotfix asap
From the reports that I have been getting, it is working in the opposite manner, though in a weird way. It does not give lumbering to units with it, however, if a tinkerer makes contact with it, it will be perma-lumbering.
