the lumbering effect from dwarf driven is not negated when adjacent to a dwarf. I was running the siege engine and had at one point a deep miner and at a different time a silverclan tinkerer adjacent to it and it always suffered from lumbering. I haven't used to the catapult yet to know if it also suffers from this bug but I imagine it probably does. and will try it out as soon as I can.
