He's a fatty so its pretty awkward to move around. Especially considering most people already run slick/moog/other fatties already.
Its not bad, just not really strong. Its decent in decks that take advantage of its water gen like Fry decks or just general Drown/Undertow good stuff. Or decks that want to take advantage of Death Sentence.
