Won against all sort of stuff with this bg,even against ice amp. Its an underrated element compared to ice or fire theme.
Spamming cheap champions with sp bonus works quite well,i dont have some important setup,just focus on taking advantage of SP bonus and any synergy in electrity theme i can. As for utility,i got shatter,dispel,anti summon,relieve,backlash and detection. I do agree my bg could use improvement.
I agree those runes are auto but i am focused on lighting stuff so i am not using most of them. I used to run it but it was often an overkill compared to just using lighting storm or totem.I will add it back.
