Equip: Seed of Potential's Plant Seed ability doesn't say it starts on cooldown.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Deploy Spikewood Abomination.
2. Plant Seed will be on cooldown. The ability description does not say that.

Solution: Add "This ability starts on cooldown." to the description.
