Essence devourer/Vengeful/Cheap meat

Is there any value to running Serkan with Dictate in this sort of deck?

I know it doesn't snowball like Vengeful, but it does get you AP every other turn.

 

it does snowball actually. but its mostly just for cost reasons

 

Vengeful is for decks where you want a more mobile Serkan, and you don't expect to feed him with real champion deaths. Otherwise, I would go with Vengeful.

 

Er, did you mean for one of those to say 'Dictate', or is it Vengeful every time?

 

First should be Dictate, yes.
