How do I obtain this card?

 

You cannot get it anymore, I think. It used to be obtainable from PoxPortal and you would also get it from SOE by attending their event. The other option is to get it from someone.

It's limited and, I will never trade mine.

 

is there any way to find out when u got a rune? I have this spell and I think I got it by chance recently when buying a pack. Did not know what it was until recently...

and that's more or less impossilbe, consindering it's a LIMITED rune.

Yeah, Fan Faire has been hard to get for quite a while now.. I don't even remember when I picked mine up.

The trick is finding someone who is not only willing to part with it, but part with it at a reasonable price.
