Not playable in ranked games... why?

incredibly OP, was breaking the game. couldnt think of a way to make it more balaned so it just got removed

I've actually had massive issues in the past with Fill in-terms of it doing what it's supposed to do correctly. It may be like this due to coding issues. I don't know.

 

Fill purpose is to stop domination obviously

 

"fill" is actually a great shoebox spell to use as an ability.
