why would anyone drink vodka when beer is available? I simply don't get it. I mean, you don't even drink shots, you take them. "lemme take my medicine for being normal". It's like.... PBR tastes good and slowly gets a nice buzz on. With vodka it's "lemme get straight to the embarrassing part" baffles my mind
There is good Vodka that doesn't go to the head quickly. I also heard PBR tastes like piss, never tasted it though. I drink Herforder Pils.
Last time I drank PBR it was "lemme get straight to the embarrassing part". Then again I've never considered PBR good tasting, so it is more likely to be drank quickly to avoid tasting it.
PBR grows on you. For me, I like the general taste of beer, and PBR is the cheapest option that stays the most genuine. Compare its taste to keystone or natural ice.... or hams..... it's lightyears better

There is a distillery for a big vodka maker fairly close to where I live. Titos, as it's called. I'm not a big vodka fan, unless it's mixed with red bull and a splash of some kind of fruit juice. Actually, I like vodka. But I also like beer. Depends on if I want to get shitty quickly or not. Or how much room is in my stomach. A few strong drinks makes me feel better than like 8+ beers. And I have to piss less. But I'm all about a nice scotch, Brandy, or cognac with a good cigar. Also, in Texas piña colada is pronounced "margarita"
If it comes to cocktails I'll have a Tequila Sunrise. Never shot myself down that softly again. The first time I ordered one I was actually 17, not 18 (legal age of drinking hard stuff here, beer is 16); I just totally forgot that I wasn't allowed to. Actually it was at a bowling avenue with my chemistry course; my teacher apparently didn't mind. Bless her, I need to see her again one day
