    Description: Target champion gains a Buffer of 35 HP. This overrides any existing Buffer on the champion.

    Augur may very well be shoeboxed at this point.

    Poison is better but still has major issues with FW.

    I reserve judgement on what this is going to do to psychics. The psychic jab nerf sucks, but maybe we will get something in this set that will help with that? That is a lot of firking firks.

    Salaman Ninja may actually be playable now? I would hope so. It is a cool little rune.

    Augur is unchanged from what I can tell. Its abilities have had a cost increase but it costs what it did before with the same upgrades...
