Despite checking "Stay logged in," navigating to the forum index logs me out ~60-70% of the time while any other forum section or thread has a much lower random chance of doing the same. I don't have cookies blocked or disabled, I'm not using any browser add-ons or plugins and this occurs on three different computers, a phone and a table via multiple geographic locations, networks (wireless/direct) and browsers (Firefox, Chrome and IE).
Are you using the same forum links? There historically had been two links that led to these forums, but you should not have any links with "desertowlgames" in the URL.
I'm using any of the three links to the index page in the upper left corner of the forums: http://forums.poxnora.desertowlgames.com/ http://forums.poxnora.desertowlgames.com/ http://forums.poxnora.desertowlgames.com/ You'll notice they all have "desertowlgames" in the URL.
The bouncing between those two domains might be the reason for you getting logged out. I'll try to poke them about that using the "home" button giving that redirect, but I believe that all of the links should just be http://forums.poxnora.com/index.php
That seems to be the case. It may be a while before our engineer can get to this issue, but thanks for bringing it to our attention.
A follow up: Both of the "Forums" links next to the "Home" links navigate to http://forums.poxnora.com/index.php As long as I use either of those links I don't have issues.
