FYI Epochal Oasis is no longer bugged. It is correctly granting Teleport 2. I'm not sure how long it has been fixed, but it is nice to have again. That is all.

Its been fixed since the patch that changed seeker/treecaller/apr mage.

Boas love teleporting into enemy font zones.

What was the bug?
It's funny I think they fixed it right before I started playing a BG with it.

 

i wish it had relocate self

 

That's lazy, and elves already have relocate relic available.
