did the attacking unit have Tough, Combat Awareness or Resistance Frost?

The damage shield from X Armor is reduced by defense. Sok tested it out when I reported it before he said it's old code and hard to change.

Yeah the ability hasn't worked in months I think I made multiple threads about it.

Known issue - note that the abilities work except for 2 things:

It doesn't show the ability icon

It is affected by DEF
