That's what I used to use.. Haven't touched it for a while with the exception of putting Korona in there, but as soon as I get my hands on a pair of Bloodguards, Angel of Pains will high likely go.

It's heavy on the melee side, been contemplating on replacing 2x Bloodworms with 2x Bloodbinder Counts, but we'll see.

Include elsari bazaar instead of tempest crown.

 

do you have any idea what a tempest crown on hekatian arbiter does to range?

 

It makes them doubt.
Do you have any idea what exertion on 90% of your champions do to ranged champion?
It tears it to pieces.

What do you think about my build? No bloodguard and korona for budget

 

Bazaar, maso, purefire - autos.
I recommend running timmy and 2x seeker.
