After opening the launcher and hitting the "play now" button, the Pox Nora logo appears and Poxnora.exe runs for a few seconds before crashing. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I have re-installed the game 4 times, trying several different uninstall/install methods posted on the forums by users with the same problem,as well as updating drivers along with Java. EDIT2: Starting the game in 256colors mode allows it to start, while swapping back to 32bit colors after lauch will allow the game to continue running in normal colors. Full crash log
Hmm, from your crash log it looks to be a problem with Java. What would be more helpful is the Pox Nora error log. That can be found in your Pox Nora directory in the folder called logs. Is this a laptop? Is your graphics card Open GL 2.1 compliant or higher? If your computer does not support Open GL 2.1 then it will not be able to run Pox Nora. Have you played Pox Nora before without having this problem if so when was the last time it worked?
