Game is not starting...

    I'm a new player. Created an account. Downloaded the game, updated. When i clicked on the "Play Now" button game does not start. Instead it shuts itself. I re-installed it eight times and it still does the same. Any suggestions besides giving up on this game?

    I'm having this same issue, I've tried deleting the folder and I still can't get through.
