Game too slow to play

Any ideas ? running windows vista home basic.
The game used to run smooth.

 

All the time from Turn 1/login?

Or do you notice something that might be causing it?

 

login and i have no idea.

FOUND OUT: If using vista or any other windows when you download the client right click > It says that the file comes from another computer, it causes problems with the game in general when you dont see it with time.
