I'll create a thread on this because I know Sokolov has mentioned it as a problem. I agree. Both major parties do it. Both major parties abuse it. Minor parties would do the same if given the opportunity. Before I propose an idea, I'd like to see what others are thinking. How do you solve the problem of Gerrymandering abuse while still maintaining the representative being elected by people in a district?
