   Deploy a champion after my warbanner gained flying, and it will not get +speed or flying.
   
   Step to reproduce the bug:
   1. Depoly Reticulated Splinehawk
   2. Depoly Relic
   
   Also produce this in the combat log, not sure if it really notified you guys.
