Sorry, I should have been clear, it must be something available in the rune forge so I can forge what you ask for if it's not already in stock.

 

This thing still wont let me set up trade. what is up with that?, why even have a trade lock to keep you out of the economy in a game.

I'll hold your prize until you're able to create a trade. I believe it was done to keep newer players from getting scammed, but I'm not certain.
