Grass doesn't count as vegetation for the purposes of Vine Whip.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Deploy Spikewood Abomination.
2. Deploy an enemy on a grass tile.
3. Use forest whip.
4. The enemy will not become Burred 3 and Eviscerated 3 even though grass counts for the purposes of all other abilities that work with vegetation such as domain: vegetation. Isn't grass an extension of vegetation terrain anyway?
