What black screen? Maybe I can help. I've seen you play before.

 

When I launch the game, the screen where you sign in to play just stays completely black and I can not do anything. It started a few days ago and I can not get past this point.

 

What changed between the time you were able to play fine and now? Was anyone else playing on your PC? What did you install? What did you uninstall? Do you have an anti-virus? Does turning the AV off help? Did you try cleaning your HDD via CCleaner?
