Hi i need help i find out i lost near all my poxmessages now i don t want them all but at least the one i had in my archive i already opened a tiket abaut it to sony in case it will be need , now i want thank you in advane and i dont expet you do it right now but i hope when you have a bit of time to spare for me would be apreciated
I have a lot of my messages going back to March of 2013. But it look like any messages older then that were deleted as planned.
i lost new messages too thats my problem i had only 45 after the transition and i come back after november from a year or more of missing and i personaly save somthing in archive
Well if it was from less than a year ago it should be there unless it was not in the database files we received. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do.
