Reproduction steps: 1. Deploy Corgi Ranger. 2. Move it into the range of an enemy relic. 3. Hinder Movement will be unable to target the relic, despite the description not stating it can't hit relics. @Sokolov
Additional bugs found during bugtesting: 1. The ability itself has its own animation and sound for physical attack instead of using whatever animation and sound a champion's attack would use. 2. This can lead to an inconsistency in the future, where a champion with non-physical attack would be given Hinder Animation. 3. Because of the aforementioned issue many might think the ability is supposed to deal physical damage instead of the most efficient damage type a champion possesses. @Sokolov for documenting purposes.
Bump. @Sokolov Further testing on my end has found out that Hinder Movement uses the damage type that will deal the most damage to the champion if there's more than one, otherwise it will use the latest damage type granted.
