How are you supposed to use DMC?

    Well theres endless ways to give it an attack, such as Scarlet Wings with other wing deploys and HBoV, but we all know that won't happen. This is not a champ to not have a basic attack. If you are going to put that many negative abilities on a champ then it needs to have consistent contribution.
