Uh...no, he is asking about LEGs, not EXOs. As it stands, LEGs cannot be forged or sacrificed in the forge. They're only accessible through that 5% chance of getting a LEG from a pack. This might change, but it might not.
my mistake legs are still acquirable through buying boxes none-the-less the only difference from my earlier post is they wont be available to forge
