How do you get Draksar High Marshal now?

Now that Draksar High Marshal is limited edition how do we obtain them? There are hardly any of them going around to begin with sooooo how would I get some if I wanted to create a draksar BG?

 

He turned into a limited by accident, so I assume as of right now trading is the only way to get it.

 

Weird how did he change by accident?

 

SoE. Thats the accident. It came with the transition.

And as it was uncalled for I would assume that they change it back to LEG soonish.
