Do you need to have played to be considered a legend i know i played probably all poxnora players worth mentoning including all the old devs
Quality not quantity, you would have needed to have played exceptionally at some point. My guess at least. BUT i will say without naming names that some people who were never really exceptional are well known faction legends for being the consistent face of their factions for years; which is an achievement on its own.
