So hunter meek meant headshrinker was taking 2 less damage from each different DoT it had. I haven't tested this to see if it increases DoTs when its on an opposing champs etc but... WAI?
To clarify, it took less damage from a 70 and a 72 nora champ dot 4 disease was negated to 2 dot 3 poison was negated to 1 there was nothing else in play that could have affected it
