Stats like that I'd use it at like 50 nora maybe, in my opinion give him accrue, +5 HP and give him 7 speed. Then make him like 62 nora as a font capper? Can't see nids needing a dude like this but a cheap font capper sunder spamming dogpiler could be great. Maybe 2-5 range?
