well my point is that this concept of "white" is really new and tenuous and that saying that "whites" had a reputation as good workers for centuries is demonstrably false. The Irish in america less than 100 years ago being an easy (and personal) example.

The creator of this show is an idiot. Combining Abraham Lincoln with Adolf Hitler in an attempt to create an oxymoron of a racist combined with a supposed supporter of abolition just shows how uneducated he is on history. Lincoln instigated the civil war by inciting southerners to violence by putting a naval blockade on South Carolina. He fought the civil war to preserve the union not end slavery. Abraham Lincoln was a white separatist and had no intention of freeing the slaves or granting african slaves the same equality as other citizens of the US. Here are his own words on the subject from the Lincoln-Douglas debate of 1858.

"I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races, that I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. And in as much as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race. The civil war was fought to preserve union of american states not to end slavery. Abraham Lincoln went as far as suggesting freed african slaves should be sent to Liberia and Central America and other places to colonize those locations. He wanted to get rid of the slaves and send them to other countries through colonization.
