I felt a swelling of Dutch/European pride listening to Geert Wilder's Speech to Turkey

The American Campaign Medal is a military award of the United States Armed Forces which was first created on November 6, 1942 by Executive Order9265 issued by President Franklin D. Roosevelt.[1][2] The medal was intended to recognize those military members who had performed military service in the American Theater of Operations during World War II.

The American Theater[1] describes a series of mostly minor areas of operations during World War II.

Several party leaders called for people to not vote strategically but with the party they actually want.

I agree that that is vital to democracy since a two party system is fake democracy and all who say it isn't are fake news.

 

So if the PVV get the biggest party (which seems the most likely), they would presumably be given the chance to form a government. If they poll around 27 to 30 seats (which would be my guess given the way polls underestimate the rightwing) then they need to make up enough to form a government -- is this in any way possible given the hostility of the other parties? Is there any one that would work with them?

a coalition needs 76 seats ( zetels) to form a goverment. it is possible for the largest party not to be a part of the coalition.

VVD has said they will NOT work with the PVV.
the left parties ( PvdA, SP, GL ) are also unlikely to co-operate with PVV

anyways you can play with the settings if you want, you can change the seat numbers, You can have SP decide to work with VVD afterall, make other exclusions and stuff. require PvdD ( party for the Animals) to be part of the coalition, its a fun toy.

Yeah, it looks like there is no chance of a Wilders government. I wonder if there will be any repercussions or resentment from the Dutch about a perceived conspiracy against them.

 

I don't think so. From the interviews of Wilders voters I heard, they seemed to understand that the vote was primarily sending a message and not likely to result in any coalition.
