And I'm slightly mad about it. I don't remember who it was against or what went wrong. But it was vs my own faction. The old flayer queen was involved. I had a fling with her in my time but it's strange to come back and see her now. Whooping my ass. Lord have mercy. I recorded it and will post it later but I don't know what to say. Did TeaScholar lose his groove? Or has the meta really gone ahead and changed around this much in what seemed like only a couple month absence on my part, leading to this experience? Yes a lot has changed, but I seriously think that it's a matter of timing on your side. The changes that happened were long due, and although I feel for you, my best advice is to look at what's new and adapt, the game is silently getting much better IMHO.(despite the loud complaints)
Balance is pretty damn good right now. There's a ton of themes that can compete, with very few being "clearly" better.
