Back in the day playing browser during school days. I'm just sitting in my computer school now and am nostalgic. The school computers won't let us download things onto our computers, so I am currently wishing I could just play on my browser haha. Good old days.
Theoretically you could put the program on a USB, and make a shortcut on the desktop to play the game from the USB. I did it with some flash programs when I was in school. Not entirely sure how it would work with as big a game as pox that also requires internet access. I assume it would be a trial an error thing.
