I won't name the player I'm referring to, but he would be in KF. The only ability would be Incoherent Babbling.

 

Ugh. The person I like the least in the world is legitimately a REALLY awful person and I wouldn't want him anywhere near Pox, which is a source of fun for me, after all. And remembering all the stuff he did is not exactly fun.

Regardless, he would be FW (no offense to FW players, nothing against the faction). He would have Intimidating and some attrition based abilities that select a problematic champion to slowly suck the life out of. Idk, I won't be building an exact ability set.
