i was having problem downloading game on my laptop because t kept saying i dont have connection even throgh i had it.. so i tried a lot of things but i dint work. then i made a new user account on my laptop and went on it.it actully worked! to make new user account: (1)go on control panel (2) click on user accounts (3)create new acount there ! (4)download game on that user account and it might work! it worked for me throgh. hope i helped you! mod told me it was hardware problem...
