Most likely reason that I can see from this picture is there being a stealthed champ with Soul. The effect isn't in place to begin with. The enemy is an IS/UD split, which gives units with range 1, 1-2 and 1-3 +2 damage. Chirai Outrunner's base damage is 9, with that bonus 11, as shown in the pic. As for the range - Pox likes typos like these. @Sokolov Is it meant to be 4 or 5 spaces?
