I have noticed several occasions recently where Inquisition does not seem to be doing anything at all. Opponents have walked into range and been able to cast spells and I have also been able to walk into range of champs and they have still been able to cast spells. Both times I have noticed this have been in 1 champ vs 1 champ situations so it was not a case of a different champion having presence.
