Interest for a Highlander, Exo and below tournement?

I have been giving this a little thought but want to test the mood.

A tournament with Highlander rules (all runes inthe BG would counts as Uniqe) and no runes above Exotic in rarity (Warbanner will be allowed)
I am concidering making it FF only as well, but would like to hear peoples input.

So what is the mood regarding this?

 

Count me in, as long as only being available between 2200 and 0000 Central isn't an issue.

I would be interested. I think that a FF restriction would be a good idea because opening the doors to split eases the deck restrictions of Highlander.

Mmmmmmmmyeah I guess. Don't have much time atm, but it should fit in on weekends.
