AoE 6 culler+ overkill: Heal 30 nora. Macadamize: +2 damage +1 def, mobility in rock. AOE 6, 35 nora, terrain, duration 3 rounds. Yep.
Sarcasm Cool bro. Just seems fair I pay 35 for a (nerfed) spell that works in 6 spaces for 3 round that gives all my guys 2 damage and 1 defense(and mobility cause that's worth 35 for sure), while UD gets a relic that allows them to deal 50% damage and heal after they juice my champion with it. I would totally pay that extra 5 to get mobility and a non percentage damage boost along with terrain control... It was a reply to powercreeps nature.
Kinda want to split IS/UD with Earthquake and that relic. Both have a ton of Thirst for Battle units. Use the relic if needed to compnsate for Thirst champs low starting damage and then laugh as my units are all running around with 25 damage and 8 defens.
It gives it to ranged units too... So just Earthquake, ATTACK! Skilled yo. Counters- Your one unstoppable unit taking normal damage after everything else important is dead. counters for counters- Fade
I honestly think most of the runes aren't out of line. So far the sheoul monster is pretty ****ed up and the guys with "Elemental" Surges.
o.0 Macademize also lets you keep the buff Domain:Rock Mobility can be invaluable in alot of cases You only play the spell when it will benefit you the most Its duration is 3, so it can't leave. You can't lose it. Except for... It doesn't depend on your opponent for anything and requires no set up for play The UD relic Has to be positioned to get the maximum out of it. You must shock one high priority champ to get a kill or you have to use other conventions to proc fatigue. The relic can be destroyed and your out 30 nora. You no longer have Cull or Overkill:Heal Both are power turn runes and both you play when they are the most advantageous to use. Both have up's and downs. Macademize at the right time can get a clutch kill or positioning. The Mobility helps alot with disengaging ranged units to attack or "hit n run" melee to maximize attacks on one target. UD relic at the right time can get a clutch kill and heal. If you invest more nora (and why wouldn't you i suppose) you can have a great combo play to heavily damage or kill multiple units. Solely UD you have to use Griefsinger, Mindstorm, Drudgery x unstoppables, Mischief, Punish (2 champs?), or punish your opponent for leaving a unit with 0 AP (not that is ALL too rare). Is it far more abusable in splits? Sure, why not. Most things are. Not saying Mac is better than the UD relic. Or that the UD relic is "in line" ( i need more time to judge). To compare the two though, i think it would serve to be a bit more objective and not downplay Mac's benefits over UD relic despite the relics benefits over Mac. If Mac was 5 nora less, i could care less. And this may sound stupid, but really don't downplay Mobility. It really is a great tool that is overlooked i think. I would trade Overkill: Heal, or even another existing relic or unit we already have to gain Bastion Mobility or a AoE mobility or a spell that granted it somehow. There are clutch moments when i sac my units, not because they are injured but because i can get a kill i really need on a unit that is otherwise engaged and inaccessible. Or a unit could deal a finishing blow but is engaged and doesn't have the AP after disengaging. So ....yea.
