Is there a way to check CD of runes?

Is there a way to check the CD of runes outside of the game? I know in game you can hover over and what not, but is there a way in the rune manager?

Oh wow really!? I never knew. Is that exclusive to champions?

Why dont they just add an area that states the CD of a rune in he runedock? I never understood why such a simple feature is missing.

 

Yes, it goes for all runes, unless affected by something that affects CD like FW bonus or the craft ability.

 

CD for all things is always cost/5. There are no exceptions that aren't explicitly stated.

 

I see. Is this why spells that cost 10 got nerfed?

 

I agree. Even as a 9-year player, I always forget stuff like this CD math thing. I also forget how much nora shrines (45?), avatars (25?), and fonts (15?) generate. I still marvel that nora generation isn't listed anywhere since it's probably the #1 most critical goddamned thing in the game.

 

These things should be made more clear lol. I think its Shrine 45, font 12, and idk about avatar.
