Valdaci bolter and Barbarian archer have very similar stats, but bolter is better, with +1 damage and +1 def at the cost of 1 health. If they both take precision, archer takes pin down and bolter takes barrage, both of which cost 8 nora according to http://s-qpoxdb.rhcloud.com/champ/1483, they both come out to 71 nora. But bolter also has sacrifice, whole extra ability, for nothing? I thought things were costed with a formula
Many runes in the game have cost adjustments put in place I believe, their are many runes that have very odd costs when compared to other runes.
Oh, I thought they said they got rid of those and everything was costed on a formula. If he was 5 nora cheaper maybe he would actually be used
Sometimes the only real way to nerf an OP champ is to give it +5 nora (or whatever it is) to its base nora cost (which is the formula).
