I like this idea a lot. I wouldn't say it's ready for the new revamp, but I mean I can really back your thoughts on it. All your ideas have been solid and I could see them getting produced later in the future with some tweaks from the Player Councils and Devs
Hypnotize is basically Mind Control, but a whole lot better. Check out Albino Fesh, this guy is absurdly cheap for what he does.
He is powerful but at the same time, extremely squishy and can be one rounded easily. I wish they would remove that ability and make him more focused on a Fesh theme or Cyclops theme, since he has boost clops 1.
I'm just saying that since the Fesh is considerably weaker and still totally playable, this guy could use some changes. Maybe Possess or something would be more appropriate, because as of right now, this guy is power up the wazoo and then some.
well if Hypnotize was cleanable I would see no harm in it. Revamp: Enemy is "Hypnotized". If the hypnotized champ moves 3 spaces away from the hypnotizer(champ that played the ability) it becomes un-hypnotized. While hypnotized the champ has unexpierenced(misses every 3rd attack) and careless. The champion is not removed from play either. This will remain on effected champion until cleansed or caster dies.
