Was in a match where Nohkan Guide's summon Kas Pupil destroys my Thunderhead Totem (a relic). It triggers the ability despite the Quest specifically said "when it destroys an opposing champion". Please either fix the tooltip if it is WAI (which I think is not balanced at all), or fix the ability if not WAI.
