Launcher error

When i run the pox launcher, appears the message:
"Attention!
Connection lost or unavailable. Please check your connection and try again. When the connection is repaired, the Pox Nora Launcher will attempt to resume where it left off."

...but my connection is ok. I try everything, see the firewall, update the nvidia gpu, check my internet connection, and nothing works.

Try the repair function in the laucher settings

 

Hope you are not trying from your work. I also get the same thing when I try to load the game from my work
