Best advise I had ever been given on League was not to rush ranked; I've been playing since S1 yet only played ranked in S3, where I was able to skyrocket my MMR very quickly and get diamond in 50 games from scratch. The less ranked games you play, the more seriously you take them, and if you win a lot out of those few games, your MMR will be huge --> less ranked games needed to achieve goal --> less stress. So don't rush ranked.
In EUNE if your lucky and don't get Polish ppl you talk English or Engrish like me . And if you get Polish ppl then its troll bg game that team with more Polaks will lose. That's EUNE in general.

I got banned (1 week where i lost my honor badge and tons of honor points) and a chat ban (180 games). Main thing is I was never like super rude , I never cross border where I insult family or wish bad thing cuz that's sad. But when I think you are boosted and that you don't deserve league your playing in I will tell you only when I get really frustrated , and i will say why i think that. I got banned for 1 week cuz I played teemo top and got caught up in dialog with ppl that don't like teemo on top.Thx riot Now i just ignore chat and play the game.
